Refunds and Cancellations

Thank you for shopping at The Battery Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the product is dispatched or installation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered. You have 7 days to report an issue with the product from the date of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (in INR) within 5-7 business days.
